摘要：Bu çalışmada, yeni düzenlemelere yön verebilecek verilerin elde edilebilmesi amacıyla, Türkiye’de nitelikli büroyönetimi personeli yetiştiren önlisans programlarının mevcut durumu ile bu programlarda öğrenim görenöğrencilerin beklenti ve değerlendirmeleri araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçlar doğrultusunda öğrencilere; öğrenimgörmekte oldukları programlarla ilgili öncelik, bilgi ve beklentileri hakkında bazı sorular sorulmuştur.Araştırmaya 18 meslek yüksek okulunun büro yönetimi programlarında öğrenim görmekte olan 1.229 öğrencikatılmıştır.Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin öğrenim gördükleri programla ilgili öncelik, beklenti ve değerlendirmeleri ile;cinsiyet ve mezun olunan lise faktörleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.Bu sonuçlardan hareketle, Türkiye’de önlisans düzeyinde büro yönetimi eğitimi veren okullar ve bu okullardaverilen eğitimin niteliği ile ilgili bazı önerilerde de bulunulmuştur.
其他摘要：In this study, the current situation of associate’s degree programmes which train qualified bureau managementpersonnel in Turkey and the expectations and evaluation of students who are getting associate’s degree havebeen researched with the aim of getting data that will guide new arrangements. For these aims, somequestions were asked to the students about priorities, knowledge and expectations for the programmes theywere being educated. 1.229 students who were being educated in bureau management programmes of 18vocational higher education schools attended the study.It has been concluded that there have been meaningful statistical relations between priorities, expectationsand evaluation of the students who attended the research about the programmes they were being educatedand the factors of gender and high schools they were graduated from. According to these results, somesuggestions have been made about the schools where people are educated about bureau management at alevel of associate’s degree and the quality of the education in these schools
