摘要：Üniversitelerde, büro yönetimi ve yönetici asistanlığı bölümden mezun olmuş öğrencilerkendilerine uygun bir iş ve pozisyon bulma amacı gözetmektedir. Üniversitelerin, büroyönetimi ve yönetici asistanlığı bölümü, kamu kurum ve kuruluşları ile özel sektörişletmelerinde yöneticilerin ofis çalışmalarına destek vermek ve büro faaliyetlerindebulunmak üzere görev alabilecek nitelikli insan gücünü ülkeye kazandırmayı amaçlayan biryüksek öğretim programıdır. Bu programı tercih eden öğrencilerin iş bulma beklentileri veprogramla ilgili düşünceleri hem okurken oluşabileceği gibi hem de mezuniyet sonrasında dagelişebilir. Bu noktada, öğrencilerin mesleki anlamda beklentileri, iş bulma olanakları vemesleki kariyer olanakları önemli bir konu haline gelmiştir.Bu çalışmada, büro yönetimi ve yönetici asistanlığı bölümü öğrencilerinin iş bulmasında etkiliolan faktörleri saptamayı amaçlamaktadır. Örneklemin Kırklareli Üniversitesi Babaeski MeslekYüksekokulu Büro Yönetimi ve Yönetici Asistanlığı bölümü son beş yılda mezun olan 72öğrenciye ulaşıldığı araştırmada veri toplama yöntemlerinden anket tekniği kullanılmıştır.Elde edilen veriler istatistik uygulama programıyla analiz edilmiş ve sonuçlardeğerlendirilmiştir.
其他摘要：In universities, students who graduated from the Department of office management andexecutive assistance for themselves and pursues the goal of finding a suitable job position.Universities, Department of office management and Executive Assistant, public institutionsand private sector enterprises to support the work of managers in the activities of the Bureauand the Office of qualified people who are able to work on a higher education program whichaims to provide the power of the country. Students who choose this program and theexpectations of employment after graduation, such as may occur in both studying andthoughts about the program may develop. At this point, the expectations of students in aprofessional context, has become an important topic of career opportunities and professionalbusiness opportunities.In this study, office management and Executive Assistant Department aims to identify factorsthat are effective for the students in finding a job. Sample Kırklareli University, BabaeskiVocational School, Office Management and Executive Assistance section in the last five years72 students who graduated in the survey data collection methods that are detected in survey techniques were used. The data obtained were analyzed with the statistical application program and the results were evaluated
