摘要:Whether collective or among individuals, conflicts between people are their doom, their fate and represent their dark side. Many people are marked by this ill fate, in a similar way as Cain was imprinted by the seal for the murder of his own brother. This well-known story from the Old Testament of Cain and Abel tells us about the basic matrix of every human conflict: emerged out of jealousy and various other problems, a conflict situation arises between the two sides, whereas the parties involved are not able to overcome it, and in time, this situation grows into an open conflict ending up in a tragedy.
