摘要：Günümüzde ekonominin esasını enerji, enerjinin de esasını petrol oluşturmaktadır. Petrol insan hayatının ve devletlerarasında her zaman tartışılmaz bir şekilde etkisini gösteren hem askeri hem de politik olarak paraya ve güce çevrilebilen en uygun bir madde haline gelmiştir. Petrol için verilen mücadeleler bu savı açıkça ortaya koymaktadır. İşte Ruslar tarafından planlı olarak uygulanan Ermenilerin iskân politikası da 1918’den itibaren dış güçlerin de desteği ile iş-gal edilen Azerbaycan toprakları, daha çok petrol eksenli politik ve iktisadi hesapların neticesinde meydana gelmiştir. Bu makalede, Şark’ta ilk kurulan Müslüman Azerbaycan Türk Cumhuriyeti döneminde başta Rusya olmak üzere di-ğer emperyalist odakların petrol için verdikleri mücadelede Ermenilere destek çıkarak Azerbaycan topraklarının bö-lünmesi ve akabinde işgali ele alınacaktır.
其他摘要：Today, energy constitutes the backbone of eco-nomy, and as for oil, it constitutes the backbone of the energy as well. Oil, which shows its effect all the time for human life and for international affairs in an unquestionab-le way, has become the most suitable substance that can be turned into power and money interms of political and mili-tary aims. The struggles for oil, clearly reveals the truth of this assertion. So, the Armenian settlement policy, carried out deliberately by the Russians with the support of foreign powers from the very outset of 1918, has resulted in the oc-cupation of Azerbaijan territory which occured rather as a consequence of oil-centered political and economic acco-unts. In this article, it is discussed the division of Azerbai-jan territory and its subsequent occupation on account of struggle for oil primarily by Russia and other imperialist quarters and their support to Armenians for this cause in the era of first established Muslim-Turkish Azerbaijan Re-public.
