摘要：Bir toplumu değiştirmek ve o topluma yeni mükelle-fiyetler yüklemek, ancak o toplumun her türlü durumunu dikkate almakla mümkün olmaktadır. Kur’ân’ın nüzulünde de başta Müslümanlar olmak üzere muhatap toplumun se-viyesi ve durumu dikkate alınmıştır. Bu yüzden Kur’ân, top-tan bir anda değil, yirmi üç senede toplumun seviyesine, ih-tiyacına, telakkisine ve terakkisine bağlı olarak peyderpey inmiştir. Böylece onlar, önceden benzerini görmedikleri bir kitapla bir anda baş başa kalmadıkları gibi bu nüzûl netice-sinde peyderpey inen vahiy, risâlet devri boyunca onlarla adım adım yürümüştür. Bunun sonucu olarak ise inen vahiy onları hiçbir zaman yalnız bırakmamıştır
其他摘要：To change a society and install new obligations in this society is very diffucult. But this will be possible with taking into account the all status of this society. İn the Qur’an revelation, the level and condition of the Muslims, were taken into account, Therefore, the Qur’an didn’t re-vealed altogether at a time. But revealed gradually at twenty three years according to the level, needs, notions, and prog-ress of the society. Thus, this society didn’t encountered with a book which they didn’t see similar to this book pre-viously. Therefore, they accustomed more easily a book descending step by step.
