摘要：The paper presents the trends of the Internet to manage knowledge-based organization and participation in the development of mobile Internet technology. The author analyzes the stages of development of the Internet, based on the characteristics of Internet technologies in the area of Web 1.0, Web 2.0 and Web 3.0, and shows the share of mobile technology and increased sales of devices using mobile technologies in the development of the Internet. The author describes the development of information systems combined with mobile Internet technology and ubiquitous communication in a knowledge-based economy, explaining the current situation and the future trends of information system evolution, such a mobile ERP II system
