摘要：The aim of the article is to present the possibility of knowledge acquisition process support by Business Intelligence (BI) systems in the form of e-service Software as a Service (SaaS). In order to realize the above aim there was accep ted the following course of action. At the beginning of the paper the problems of knowledge acquisition in virtual organizations were discussed. Then, the outline of BI systems was presented. Next, the possibilities of supporting knowledge acquisition for potential or real subjects of virtual organization using BI systems were indicated. In the final section, BI systems in the SaaS model which can support knowledge acquisition by subjects interested in participation or functioning in the virtual organization were briefly characterized. The article is summarized with the list of exemplary BI systems available in the SaaS model
