摘要：This article aims to provide a method for evaluating the usability of Web 2.0/3.0 applications to support knowledge management in knowledge-based organizations which are at various stages of the knowledge management cycle, taking into account: generating knowledge, evaluating knowledge, sharing knowledge, etc., based on the example of an e-health knowledge management system. The method focuses on five areas of evaluation: GUI, functional structure, the way of content publication, organizational aspect, and technological aspect. The method is based on the proposed scoring in five areas of knowledge management system
