摘要：This paper deals with the most significant leadership stylesdemonstrated through particular leadership behavior patterns in the context ofbusiness environment changes caused by different factors. Directive, supportive,participative and charismatic leadership styles are discussed. Each of them isanalysed considering its characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, as wellas the influences of the environment, followers and organizational surroundingson the choice of the most appropriate leadership behavior under certainconditions.
