摘要:Electrophysiology and ischemic changes thatmay occur in heart due to myocardial infarction andarrhythmia can be well studied using electrocardiography(ECG) is often corrupted by different artifacts and noise.For efficient and different artifacts of adenoising of the acquired ECG signal is essential. Anyfiltering technique must preserve the important clinicalfeatures while providing high attenuation of noise. TheECG signal is the recording of the heart’s electricalpotential verse time. The present work introduces theimplementation of the window filter for the processing ofECG. Electrocardiogram signals are often corrupted bynoise which may have electrical or electrophysiologicalorigin. The noise signal tends to alter the signalmorphology, thereby hindering the correct diagnosis. Inorder to remove the unwanted noise, a digital filteringtechnique based on fixed windows is proposed in thispaper. The low pass and notch filter will be designed usingwindowing method for the ECG signal.obtained from different techniques are compared on thebasis of popularly used signal error measure likeand MSE.
