  • 摘要:Cloud computing is the delivery of computing andstorage capacity as a service to users. Cloud storage, as asubservice of infrastructure as a service (IaaS) in cloudcomputing, is a model of networked online storage where data isstored in virtualized pools of storage. As fast development andapplication of cloud computing and cloud storage, users concernmore and more about security and privacy issues involved inthese techniques. From industrial and academic viewpointscurrently, cryptography is considered as a key technology to solvesecurity and privacy problems. By reviewing the definition ofcloud storage, and subsequently review the existing secure cloudstorage based on cryptographic techniques, we can analyze andindicate what type of cryptographic techniques is mainly adoptedin existing cloud storages and what role the cryptographictechniques play. In this paper we propose a new encryptionalgorithm, which we call Reverse Encryption Algori(REA).REA algorithm consists of one bit shift operation but inproposed system our approach is to implement the crossoveroperation like XOR. This new encryption algorithm (REA) issimple and is fast enough for most applications. REA encryptionalgorithm provides maximum security and limits the added timecost for encryption and decryption to as to not degrade theperformance of a system
