摘要：Purpose of this paper is a manufacturing systemsused within the fasteners industry involve different machinesand processes which are arranged in a sequence of operation inorder to manufacture the products. This investigation wasmade for nut forming machine in a production plant. OverallEquipment Effectiveness is one of the performance evaluationmethods that are most common and popular in the productionindustries. The main aim of this research is to identifying themain loss elements for Availability process. Also result will becompared with world class level. Result of the researchdetermines that although the OEE factor examined process isnot meeting the world class level, however with the continuousimprovement, performance of the machine can be acceptable.In this paper Overall Equipment Effectiveness is to becalculating for Cold Nut Former, it is six stage nut formingmachine
