摘要：The adoption of EHR system is important as it providesa proven, structured and cost effectiveprocess that will lead tobetter patient outcomes, better information at the hand ofhealthcare staff’s, and better healthcare analytics to improvepatient care.Advance health care directives enable a person toappoint a health care agent to make treatment decisions and/or toprovide specific instructions regarding potential treatments sothat health care providers can administer care in accordancewith the patient’s choice. The ultimate goal should be to improvequality, increase efficiency and add convenience.allow patients to inform future medical care decisions even afterbecoming incapacitated. With the proposed system of HER,doctors can provide, Better, Safer Patient Careenter prescriptions directly into computers, aided by theClinicalDecision Support System, which helps ensure correctdoses, andavoid drug interactions and allergies. This system alsohelp to pharmacists not to decipherdoctors’ handwriting and caninsteadfocus on providing timely prescriptionreviews.of this system, one can eliminate human errors in dispensing.addition, our system helps the clusters enhance the patientexperience through use of mobile technologies in themobile world. This system enables easier information access forpatients, clinicians and administrators at all points of care
