摘要：El hallazgo de materiales de ¨¦poca visigoda en el interior de cuevas de la pen¨ªnsula Ib¨¦rica es conocido desde antiguo y ha sido interpretado de diferentes maneras. En este trabajo se analizan los tres ejemplos m¨¢s significativos del registro arqueol¨®gico c¨¢ntabro y se comparan con otros de Cantabria y del resto del territorio del Reino Visigodo para establecer una serie de caracter¨ªsticas comunes. A partir de ellas se propone una nueva interpretaci¨®n: el uso de algunas cuevas como lugares de enterramiento para las v¨ªctimas de alguna de las epidemias que asolaron la Pe- n¨ªnsula durante los siglos VII-VIII d. de C. Tambi¨¦n se esboza una l¨ªnea de interpretaci¨®n complementaria que relaciona esos enterramientos at¨ª- picos con el miedo a los muertos y con pr¨¢cticas necrof¨®bicas
其他摘要：The finding of Visigothic age objects inside caves in the Iberian peninsula is known from old times and has been interpreted in different ways. In this paper, the three most significant examples from the Cantabrian archaeological register are compared with others from Cantabria and the rest of the territory of the Visigothic Kingdom, in order to establish some common characteristics. Based on them, a new interpretation is propo- sed: the use of some caves as burial sites for the victims of some of the epidemics which devastated the peninsula in 7th and 8th centuries. A com- plementary line of interpretation, which relates those unusual burials to fear of the dead and necrophobic practices, is also outlined
