摘要:Social Capital, Knowledge Creation and Organizational Creativity are included in those topics that are extensively studied since after their inception. They are studied in many dimensions varying from individual level to national levels but this study discusses them in a unique way in which it treats the two knowledge creation modes that are Socialization and Externalization as mediators. Affect of the mediators is tested empirically on the relationship of social capital with the Organizational Creativity. The sample for the study was software professionals as generation of creative ideas, products and services is critical to them. Both the modes were found to have a partial mediation effect on the relationship
