摘要：It is well known that a Randers metric is a deformation of a Riemannian metric () () j i ij y y x a y , x = α using a 1-form . In this paper we consider a deformation of a 4-th root metric (or a quartic metric) using the same 1-form () () i i y x b y , x = β ( y , x ) β . We call it a Randers quartic metric and we studie some of its properties.
