摘要:Prin metoda pulveriz.rii chimice au fost crescute straturi de CdS din solu. ii apoase de CdCl 2 /(NH 2 ) 2 CS cu mola- ritatea de 0,1 M .n intervalul de temperaturi (250...450)°C. Se observ. un varf al fotoluminescen.ei cu energia de 1,95 eV, care se deplaseaz. cu m.rirea temperaturii de cre.tere a straturilor de CdS .i atinge valoarea de 2,5 eV pentru straturile crescute la temperatura de 450°C
其他摘要:CdS layers were grown from the aqueous solution of CdCl 2 /(NH 2 ) 2 CS having a molarity of 0,1M by pulverization method in the temperature range of (250...450)°C. The layers were heat treated in a hydrogen flow during 20 min at the temperatures of 350°C and 450°C. Electro- physical properties and photoluminescence of these layers were studied. For the layers deposited at 450°C a slight decrease of charge carriers concentration is observed with the increase of treatment temperature up to 450°C. The photoluminescence spectrum consists of a large band in the energy interval from 1,6 eV to 2,6 eV. A photoluminescence peak with the energy of 1,95 eV is observed, which is shifting with CdS layer growth temperature increase and if reaches the value of 2,5 eV for the layers grown at the temperature of 450°C
