其他摘要：Mergers are a way of reorganizing, being particularly popular and widespread internationally. The benefits of these transactions are, however, a controversial issue, being difficult to draw conclusions. In the Republic of Moldova, the merger operations are reduced in number and their impact on companies is difficult to estimate. It can, however, be observed a positive development in terms of profitability of the company that continues its activity after the merger
