其他摘要：The article relates about the first appearance of the joint stock companies in the world and in the Re public of Moldova and contains few theoretical aspects about investments. Also, there is an analysis of the investment sources in the joint stock companies from the Republic of Moldova for the past three years and the countries that have invested in the secu- rities of the national joint stock companies from the Republic of Moldova in the period of 2011-2013
