摘要：La particular configuración política de la república Argentina es el resultado de los elementos característicos que dieron origen a su sistema institucional. Tales elementos se iniciaron conjuntamente con el movimiento emancipador a principios del siglo XIX. A partir de aquellos cambios políticos la organización política del federalismo en la región del Río de la Plata adquirió identidad, mientras los vínculos entre la antigua capital virreinal y los demás territorios determinaban la viabilidad de las perspectivas federales rioplatenses.
