摘要：The objective of this study is to find out the impact of savings on capital mobilization for investment in capital projects for personal economic development and educational purposes. The study used primary and secondary data. The population for the study was basic school teachers within Ho municipality of the Volta region of Ghana. Probability sampling technique was employed in selecting the sample size. From the study it was found out that teachers who save part of their salaries were able to raise financial resources to investment in projects, further their education and acquire movable and immovable properties. Findings from the study led to the conclusion that there is a positive correlation between savings and capital mobilization for other economic activities among teachers in the Ho Municipality of the Volta Region of Ghana.
