摘要：The article examines current and historical perspective of the current problems associated with the need mass appeal hydrometeorologists for military service during the general mobilization. It makes the analysis of problems arising in the process of recruitment of civil hydrometeorologists for military service in the Russian participation in World War I, World War II and related problems to solve this problem.
