摘要：مقدمه. گذشت بیش از یک دهه از آخرین بازنگری برنامه‌درسی مقطع کارشناسی ارشد علوم تشریحی، پیشرفت‌های علمی‌و تکنولوژیک فراوان و ضعف برنامه درسی فعلی، بازنگری برنامه درسی کارشناسی ارشد علوم تشریحی را ضروری می‌سازد. هدف از این تحقیق تعیین نیازهای آموزشی و مهارت‌های عملی دانش‌آموختگان کارشناسی ارشد علوم تشریحی با توجه به نیازهای حرفه‌ای ایشان است. روش‌ها. در یک مطالعه توصیفی، با ارسال پرسشنامه نظر اساتید مجرب و متخصص علوم تشریحی کشور در خصوص نیازهای آموزشی دوره کارشناسی ارشد علوم تشریحی کسب گردید. در مجموع 53 پرسشنامه دریافت شد. به علاوه، با مسؤولین مراکزی که امکان جذب نیروی کارشناسی ارشد علوم تشریحی را داشتند، مصاحبه به عمل آمد. اطلاعات تجزیه و تحلیل شد و ضمن رتبه‌بندی شرح وظایف دانش‌آموختگان، ضروریات یادگیری در این دوره استخراج گردیده است. نتایج. از انطباق برنامه درسی فعلی با نیازهای آموزشی دانش‌آموختگان برای اجرای مناسب وظایف خود و نیز برنامه درسی دانشگاه‌های خارج از کشور، افزوده شدن سرفصل‌های «روش تحقیق و آمار حیاتی»، «روش‌های پیشرفته میکروآناتومی» به عنوان یک درس مستقل، «روش تدریس»، «چرخش‌های آزمایشگاهی»، «بیولوژی سلولی»، «آموزش فیکس و تشریح جسد»، «زبان تخصصی»، «رایانه»، «مدل‌سازی»، «تشریح مقایسه‌ای»، «آناتومی‌بالینی» و «آسیب‌شناسی عملی» توصیه شده بود. به علاوه، افزایش واحد پایان‌نامه و تأکید بر مهارت‌های عملی بخصوص در جنین‌شناسی و بافت‌شناسی، از دیگر نتایج این پژوهش برای بهبود برنامه درسی فعلی دوره کارشناسی ارشد علوم تشریحی در ایران است. بحث. برای بازنگری در برنامه درسی کارشناسی ارشد علوم تشریحی، نه تنها افزودن سرفصل‌های جدید ضروری است، بلکه باید بر جنبه‌های مهارت‌های عملی دروس موجود نیز تأکید بیشتری صورت گیرد.
其他摘要：Introduction. It is over a decade since the last revision in the curriculum of master of anatomy. The recent scientific and technologic progresses as well as the present weaknesses in the curriculum of anatomy push us to a new revision in this curriculum. This study was designed to determine the educational needs and practical skills of Master's degree (MS) graduates of anatomy regarding their professional needs. Methods. In this descriptive study, the viewpoints of expert faculty members in the country, about educational needs of MS of anatomy was asked by a questionnaire. In total, 53 questionnaires were returned. Moreover, the managers of the institutions who could employ MS anatomy graduates were interviewed. Finally the data was analyzed, and while the graduates' professional tasks were ranked, their educational needs were determined also. Results. Comparing the present curriculum with graduates' educational needs and also with educational programs in other countries revealed some headings to be added to the current curriculum including: "research methodology and biostatistics", "advanced microanatomical methods" (as an independent subject), "teaching methodology", "laboratory rotations", "cell biology", "how to fix and dissect a cadaver", "English for special purposes", "computer", "model making", "comparative anatomy", "clinical anatomy", and "practical pathology". Conclusion. In order to improve the curriculum leading to MS in anatomy, in addition to adding some new subjects and headings, more emphases on practical skills and increasing the credits of thesis is needed.
