摘要：مؤسسه. دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز مقدمه . از آنجائیکه چگونگی نگرش دانشجویان پزشکی در بدو ورود نسبت به حرفه ی آینده ی خود می تواند تاثیر بسزایی بر کیفیت آموزش و اشتیاق آنان برای یادگیری و به کار گیری اصول علمی داشته باشد این پژوهش با هدف اطلاع از چگونگی نگرش دانشجویان پزشکی در بدو ورود نسبت به این حرفه طراحی و تنظیم گردید . روشها. پرشسنامه ای جهت این طرح تهیه و تنظیم گردید در این پرسشنامه عواملی از قبیل چگونگی نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به موقعیت اجتماعی رشته پزشکی ، وضعیت مالی این رشته ،آینده رشته و… مورد پرسش قرارگرفت . 54 نفر از دانشجویان ورودی سال 80 دانشکده پزشکی شیرازدراین تحقیق شرکت نمودند. یافته ها. نتایج نشان داد که 7/64 درصد از دانشجویان با شناخت کافی این رشته را انتخاب کردند و1/48 درصد یعنی تقریباً نیمی از دانشجویان اعتقاد داشتند که این رشته سبب رفاه وآسایش در زندگی می گردد. درخصوص درآمدزایی این رشته نیز 33 درصد جمعیت مورد مطالعه عقیده داشتند که کسب درآمد بالایکی از مزایای رشته پزشکی است ونکته قابل توجه دراین تحقیق این بود که فقط 6/39 درصد از دانشجویان پزشکی اعلام نمودند که حاضرند بعد از فراغت ازتحصیل درهرگوشه وکناری از کشوربه مردم خدمت نمایند . نتایج وجداول به تفکیک در کنگره ارائه خواهد گردید. نتیجه. دریک جمع بندی کلی می توان گفت که دانشجویان پزشکی حتی دربدو ورود نسبت به آسایش وموقعیت این رشته درشک وتردید هستند بنابراین اگرهدف وزارت بهداشت ودرمان درسالهای گذشته این بوده که با افزایش کمیت دانشجویان پزشکی مشکلات کمبود پزشک درمناطق محروم کشوررا برطرف کند حدود دوسوم دانشجویان پزشکی دراین تحقیق حتی دربدو ورود حاضرنیستند که درهرگوشه وکناری ازکشوربه مردم خدمت کنند. امید است کشورما بتواند با کاهش کمیت دانشجویان به بهبود کیفیت آموزشی آنان بپردازد. آدرس. مرکز مطالعات و توسعه آموزش پزشکی, دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز, شیراز.
其他摘要：Introduction. Medical student's attitude toward their future profession can significantly affect the quality of education and their eagerness for learning and practical use of scientific principles. This study was conducted to research about the junior medical student’s attitudes toward medicine after their entrance to the university. Methods. 54 junior students entering the medical school in 2001, participated in this study. A questionnaire was designed including questions about their attitude towards medicine’s social status, financial aspect of this profession, its future etc. Results. The results revealed that 64.7% of the students have selected this major knowingly and 48.1%, i.e. about half of the students believed that this major would provide them with future welfare and convenience in life. As to the income, 33% of them stated that one of the advantages of this major was its high income. Out of interest was that in this study only 39.6% of medical students stated that they were willing to work in every part of the country after their graduation. The results and tables will be presented in the seminar. Conclusion. In general, it can be said that medical students are suspicious about social status and their comfort in this field even in the early years of their attendance in the university. Therefore, if ministry of health has increased number of students entering this major aiming at helping the people living in the underprivileged areas of the country, the evidence revealed that about two thirds of the medical students are not willing to work in such areas. It is hoped that our country reduces the admissions in medical fields so that the improvement in the quality of education is guaranteed.
