摘要：مقدمه: رشد فزاینده اطلاعات و روند سریع تغییر و تحولات آن چنان سریع و آشکار است که برای توصیف آن نیازی به استدلال و ارائه آمار و ارقام نیست. آنچه در این فرآیند شتابان اهمیت دارد این است که سازمان‌های اجتماعی برای بقا و رشد و توسعه خود چه اقداماتی باید انجام دهند؟ از استراتژی‌های پیشنهادی در این زمینه، تبدیل شدن سازمان‌ها به سازمان یادگیرنده است. سیستم‌های بهداشتی نیز به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین سازمان‌های اجتماعی، نه تنها می‌توانند یادگیرنده بودن را در فرآیند توسعه خود محقق نموده بلکه قادرند کارکنان خود را نیز برای حضور در سازمان‌های یادگیرنده تربیت نمایند. در این راستا به دلیل جایگاه مهم و حیاتی یادگیری و آموزش مداوم در به روز کردن دانش و اطلاعات سیستم‌های بهداشتی و نقش ویژه نوآوری و ابداع در نیل به اهداف متعالی آن، استفاده از مدل‌های سازمانی متناسب با عصر اطلاعات ضروری اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. لذا سازمان یادگیرنده به عنوان الگویی مناسب در این امر، نیازمند مطالعه و بررسی در نحوه بهره‌گیری از آن سیستم‌های بهداشتی است که غزم جدی پژوهشگران، مسؤولان و سیاست‌گذاران آموزش پزشکی را می‌طلبد.
其他摘要：There is no need to provide evidences or represent statistical proofs to demonstrate the revolution arising in information process and no one can deny the rapidity and clarity of the growth taking place in this domain. The matter of importance in this speedy procedure is that how social organizations hold their development or survive in this course. Organizations’ switch into learner :::union:::s is the suggested strategy here. Health system as one of the most critical social organizations also has to accomplish this learner being status in its development process and prepare its employees for presence in learner organizations. In this trend, because of the crucial function of learning and continuing medical education in updating information and knowledge in health systems and specific role of innovation and invention in achieving the goals, utilization of organizational models appropriate with information era is inevitable. Hence, learning organization as an appropriate pattern necessitates study and survey in its way of exploitation in health systems which demands for medical education researchers and administrators motivation.
