摘要：مقدمه: پرستاران بخش بزرگی از پرسنل نظام سلامت را تشکیل می‌دهند. لذا تربیت این نیروی عظیم تأثیر به سزایی بر سلامت جامعه خواهد داشت. یکی از راه‌های کسب اطمینان از توانمندی‌های آنان فراهم نمودن آموزش بالینی مؤثر است لذا این مسأله موجب توجه به آموزش بالینی از ابعاد گوناگون گردیده است. این مطالعه با هدف واکاوی این ابعاد و بحث پیرامون آنها صورت گرفته است. روش‌ها: در این مطالعه با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی آموزش بالینی، محیط بالینی، مشکلات آموزش بالینی، مطالعات مرتبط از سال 2000 تا 2010 در ovid، ایران مدکس iranmedex))، مدلیب (medlib) انتخاب شدند و براساس حیطه‌های مطرح در آموزش بالینی بررسی شدند که نهایتاً 23 مقاله انتخاب گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد ابعاد فلسفه آموزش بالینی پرستاری در واقع همان حیطه‌های چالش برانگیزی هستند که می‌بایستی در تحقیقات به آنها توجه شود. لذا توصیه می‌شود این موارد محور پژوهش در آموزش بالینی پرستاری قرار گیرند.
其他摘要：Introduction: Much of the staff nurses make up the health system. So their education have huge impact on community health.One way to ensure their abilities is providing effective clinical education. So attention to variouse aspect of clinical education has been done.This study was done to analysis and discuse these dimentions. Method: by using the key words clinical education ,clinical environment,clinical educational problem ,all related studies done between 2000 and 2010 were searched on ovid,iranmedex,medlib.The studies were assessed base on the areas discussed in the clinical education and 23 article were selected. Conclusion: Dimensions of clinical education philosophy seems by the fact the area are challenging that should be consider.So these are recommended for researching in nursing education.
