摘要：مقدمه: هوش هیجانی شکل تکامل یافته‌ای از توجه به انسان در محیط کاری است و افراد با هوش هیجانی بالا، در زندگی کارآمد، مولد و مفیدند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی و مقایسه توانمندی مدیریت دانشجویان رشته‌های مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی و پزشکی بر اساس مؤلفه‌های هوش هیجانی انجام شده است. روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی و حجم نمونه برابر با 100 نفر از دانشجویان رشته‌های مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی و پزشکی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در سال 1385 بوده است. سنجش میزان هوش هیجانی با استفاده از پرسشنامه بار- ان انجام شده، سپس تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار رایانه‌ای SPSS و آزمون T student و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون صورت گرفت. نتایج: بین میزان هوش هیجانی دانشجویان رشته‌های مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی و پزشکی (در هر یک از مقیاس‌ها و نمره کل) تفاوت معنادار به دست نیامد. نتیجه‌گیری: طبق نتایج این مطالعه، توانمندی مدیریت دانشجویان رشته‌های مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی و پزشکی برحسب شاخص‌های هوش هیجانی قابل تبیین نبوده است. توصیه می‌شود محققان دیگر، به بررسی سایر متغیرها بپردازند.
其他摘要：Introduction: Emotional intelligence is a developed form of human attention to the working environment. People with high emotional intelligence are efficient, productive and useful. This study compared management capabilities of health services management students and medical students based on indicators of emotional intelligence. Methods: This is descriptive analytical study. One hundred Health Management and medical students were selected in Isfahan University of medical science in 1385. Emotional intelligence was assessed using open questionnaires. Data analysis was done by SPSS software with t test and Pearson correlation. Results: Between emotional intelligence in Health Management and Medical students (in each scale and total score) was not significantly different. Conclusion: Based on these results, management ability in health care management students and medical students cannot be determine based on indicators of emotional intelligence. Other researchers are recommended to review other variables.
