摘要：مقدمه: زبان کلامی جزء اساسی در بیان عقاید، تعامل اجتماعی و درک امور آموزشی است. برقراری رابطه مؤثر نیازمند مهارت‌های زبانی و کلامی است. بالش‌های آموزشی صوتی شاید بتواند تا حدی راه‌گشای کودکان با مشکلات رفتاری باشد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی اثر بالش‌های آموزشی صوتی در درمان لکنت زبان و اختلال واج شناختی کودکان می‌باشد. روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع کارآزمایه بالینی می‌باشد جامعه آماری مطالعه شامل کودکان پیش دبستان تا پایان دبستان مدارس شهرکرد بود مراجعه کننده به کلینیک روانپزشکی اطفال بودند. گروه مربوط به لکنت زبان 27 نفر بودند، که به صورت تصادفی 13 نفر به گروه گفتار درمانی و 14 نفر به گروه گفتار درمانی و بالش آموزشی صوتی تعلق گرفتند. گروه مربوط به اختلال واج شناختی 33 نفر بودند که 17 نفر به صورت تصادفی به گروه گفتار درمانی و 16 نفر به گروه گفتار درمانی و بالشتک آموزشی صوتی تعلق گرفتند. گروه استفاده کننده از روش گفتار درمانی در هفته دو جلسه، هر جلسه به مدت چهل دقیقه تحت درمان با روش‌های گفتار درمانی قرار گرفتند و گروه استفاده کننده از بالش‌ها صوتی علاوه بر گفتار درمانی مشابه گروه شاهد، تحت درمان بالش‌های آموزشی، هفته ای سه جلسه و هر جلسه به مدت نیم ساعت به مدت یک ماه قرار گرفتند. شدت اختلالات قبل و پس از درمان اندازه‌گیری و توسط آزمونهای رتبه علامتدار ویلکاکسون و من ویتنی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج: در ابتدای مطالعه شدت لکنت زبان و اختلال واج شناسی در هر دو گروه یکسان بود (05/0p ). اما اختلافی در شدت لکنت زبان و اختلال واج شناسی بین دو گروه مورد و شاهد پس از مطالعه مشاهده نشد (05/0p<). به عبارتی اضافه نمودن بالشتک آموزشی تاثیری بر درمان لکنت زبان و اختلال واج شناسی نداشته است. نتیجه‌گیری: اضافه نمودن بالش صوتی به روش معمول درمان (گفتار درمانی) در این مطالعه تاثیر چندانی در درمان لکنت زبان و اختلال واج شناختی نداشته است.
其他摘要：Introduction:Verbal language is Fundamental component for expressing ideas, social interaction and understanding educational materials. Effective communications require verbal language skills. Sound pillows may partly address the children with behavior problems. The purpose of this study was assessing the effect of educational sound pillow in the treatment of stuttering and cognitive phonemes impairment in children. Methods:This is a clinical trial study in which the statistical community, including pre-school children to children who finish primary school in Shahrekord who referring to pediatric psychiatric clinic for treatment. Twenty-seven Children with stuttering randomly assigned to control group (13 children who will treated with speech therapy) and case group (14 children who will treat with speech therapy and sound pillow). Tthirty-three children with cognitive phonemes impairment randomly assigned to control group (17 children who will treated with speech therapy) and case group (16 children who will treat with speech therapy and sound pillow). Group therapy was hold twice a week, each session for forty minutes in which children treated with speech therapy techniques. In case group in addition to speech therapy sound pillow was used, three sessions a week each meeting for half an hour (15 minutes at the beginning of sleep and 15 minutes at the end of sleep) for a month. Intensity of abnormalities was measured before and after treatment. Data analysis was done by SPSS software with Wilcoxon signed rank tests and Mannwithny test. Result:Severity of Stuttering and cognitive phonemes impairment in both groups were similar before treatment (P>0/05). Significant decrease in the severity of stuttering and cognitive phonemes impairment was occurred after treatment in both groups (P 0/05).In other words, adding sound pillow had no effects on the treatment of stuttering and cognitive phonemes impairment. Discussion:Adding sound pillow to conventional treatment (speech therapy) had no effects on the treatment of stuttering and cognitive phonemes impairment.
