摘要：مقدمه: اساتید در راستای رشد قابلیت‌های یادگیری مادام‌العمر در بین دانشجویان، به ابزاری روا و پایا جهت سنجش آمادگی دانشجویان برای خودراهبری در یادگیری نیازمند هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر سنجش پایایی و روایی سازه مقیاس معرفی شده توسط فیشر و همکاران در مورد آمادگی برای خودراهبری در یادگیری بوده است. روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی- روان‌سنجی در سال تحصیلی 87-86 ، ازبین 1120 دانشجوی پزشکی و دندانپزشکی مقطع قبل از اینترنی، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد های نجف آباد و خوراسگان، 335 نفر مقیاس آمادگی برای خودراهبری را که دارای 40 گویه و سه خرده مقیاس می‌باشد تکمیل نمودند. اطلاعات خام به وسیله نرم‌افزار آماری لیزرل (LISREL) و با اجرای آزمون‌های توصیفی و استنباطی، از جمله ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن- براون و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی تحلیل شد. نتایج: تحلیل عامل تأییدی، مقیاس 40 گویه‌ای خودراهبری را در سه عامل خودمدیریتی، رغبت به یادگیری و خودکنترلی با استناد به شاخص‌های برازندگی مناسب به وضوح از یکدیگر تفکیک کرد و نتایج نشان داد که هر سه عامل این مقیاس از ضرایب همسانی درونی بالایی برخوردار است. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاکی از این است که مقیاس آمادگی برای خودراهبری در یادگیری فیشر و همکاران، ابزاری روا و پایا جهت شناسایی قابلیت‌های یادگیری خودراهبر دانشجویان است.
其他摘要：Introduction: Faculty members, being in charge of cultivating students’ life-long learning capabilities, need a valid and reliable tool to assess self-directed learning readiness among them.The aim of this study was to examine assess reliability and construct validity of the Self Directed Learning Readiness Scale (SDLRS).for pre-internship medical and dentistry students. Methods: In a cross-sectional psychometric study, 335 pre-internship medical and dentistry students, studying in Islamic Azad University- Khurasgan and Najaf Abad branches, took the survey in 2008. The subjects completed Fisher’s Self-Directed Learning Readiness Scale(SDLRS). The scale has 40 items in 3 subscales. Data were analyzed through using Spearman Brown correlation coefficient and confirmatory factor analysis by LISREL sofware. Results: The resulting SDLRS consisted of 40 items across the following three domains: Self-management, desire to learning, and self-control. The final model in confirmatory factor analysis revealed that 39 items indicated a good fit of model. The value of Cronbach’s Alpha showed that all of 3 factors have high internal consistency coefficients. Conclution: This scale is a valid and reliable instrument in assessing students’ readiness for self directed learning.
