摘要：مقدمه: تغییر و متناسب‌سازی سیستم ارائه خدمات پرستاری در قرن بیست و یکم، بستگی به موفقیت حرفه پرستاری در طراحی مدل‌های برنامه آموزشی پرستاری دارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف «شناسایی و تبیین چالش‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی (کارشناسی ارشد) در پرستاری و ارائه راه‌حل‌های مربوطه» انجام شده است. روش‌ها: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و در دو مرحله در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز انجام شد. در مرحله اول از تکنیک بحث گروهی متمرکز به منظور شناسایی چالش‌های موجود و در مرحله دوم، از تکنیک دلفی برای تأیید وجود این مسائل و ارائه راه‌حل‌های مرتبط استفاده گردید. مرحله اول با شرکت 16 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد و مرحله دوم با همکاری 30 نفر از مدیران پرستاری مراکز آموزشی و درمانی، اعضای هیأت‌علمی و اجرایی دانشکده پرستاری، و هشت دانشجوی ارشد و دکترای پرستاری به عنوان افراد پانل اجرا شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در بحث گروهی متمرکز با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا عرفی یا مرسوم انجام گرفت. در بخش تکنیک دلفی، بر اساس توافق حاصل شده پس از دور سوم راه‌حل‌های نهایی مشخص گردید. نتایج: طی این مطالعه، چالش‌های«1- فرهنگی و هویت حرفه‌ای، 2- محیط کار و 3- عدم تعادل بین آموزش، پژوهش و بالین» در تحصیلات تکمیلی پرستاری (مقطع کارشناسی ارشد) شناسایی شد و مهم‌ترین راه‌حل پیشنهادی برای چالش‌های یک تا سه به ترتیب «اتخاذ استراتژی‌ها برای بهبود تصویر پرستاری»، «ایجاد و احراز پست‌های ویژه فارغ‌التحصیلان کارشناسی ارشد در بالین و تعریف شرح وظایف اختصاصی آنها» و «تخصصی کردن آموزش پرستاری در سطح کارشناسی ارشد و بالاتر و ایجاد گرایش‌های جدید مثل گرایش ارشد ویژه و ارشد قلب» بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: چالش‌های شناسایی شده با بحث گروهی در طی تکنیک دلفی تأیید شد. راه‌حل‌های ارائه شده در مطالعه حاضر، نیز توسط مرور بر متون حمایت گردید. اطلاعات حاصل از مطالعه، می‌تواند به عنوان پایه‌ای برای بررسی‌های بیشتر در خصوص کاربرد راه‌حل‌های پیشنهاد شده استفاده گردد.
其他摘要：Introduction: Alteration and adjustment of nursing care system in 21st century depends on its success in designing the nursing pedagogical models. This study was conducted in order to identify and explain the challenges in postgraduate (MSc) levels in nursing and to represent appropriate solutions. Methods: This qualitative study was conducted in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in two phases. The existing challaenges were identified through "Focus Group Discussion" method in phase one and for the second, "Delphi Technique" was utilized to prove the challenges and represent the solutions. Sixteen MSc students participated in phase one and thirty panel members including nursing managers of teaching hospitals, faculty members and executive staff of nursing school, and eight MSc students and PhD candidates attended in phase two. FGD data analysis was done through content analysis by conventional approach. For phase two through Delphi Technique, consensus has been gained on final options after three rounds. Results: This study identified post graduate (MSc level) challenges including 1)Cultural and professional identity, 2)Work atmosphere and 3)Imbalance between theory, research and clinical practice. The most important solutions to these challenges were respectively as follows: “to adopt strategies to improve the nursing image”, “to specify determined positions for postgraduates of MSc and to define their duties”, and “to specialize nursing education in MSc degree and upper levels as well as representing new disciplines such as intensive nursing and cardiovascular nursing”. Conclusion: Challenges identified through FGD, were proved via Delphi Technique. The offered solutions were also supported by review of literature. The information derived from this study could be used as a base for further investigations in the application of these solutions.
