摘要：مقدمه: اعتقاد به افزایش اثربخشی خدمات سلامتی از طریق مشارکت و کار تیمی منجر به تأکید روز افزون بر لزوم آماده کردن تمام دانشجویان حرفه‌های بهداشت و درمان از طریق یادگیری بین‌حرفه‌ای شده است. لذا هدف از این مطالعه بررسی آمادگی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان برای یادگیری بین‌حرفه‌ای و نیز تعیین ارتباط آن با برخی متغیرهای زمینه‌ای است. روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی و مقطعی است. زمان انجام مطالعه سال 90-1389 بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی رشته‌های مختلف دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان بود. نمونه‌ها با بهره‌گیری از روش آسان انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها نیز پرسشنامه آمادگی برای یادگیری بین‌حرفه‌ای (RIPLS) بود. نتایج: تعداد 200 نفر پرسشنامه را پر کردند و داده‌های 183 پرسشنامه تحلیل شد. از این تعداد 7/25 درصد در رشته پرستاری، 6/48 درصد در رشته پزشکی و 24 درصد نیز در سایر رشته‌های علوم سلامت مشغول به تحصیل بودند. میانگین (انحراف معیار) امتیاز آمادگی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان برای یادگیری بین‌حرفه‌ای 47/70 (34/5) به دست آمد. میانگین (انحراف معیار) امتیاز برای رشته پرستاری برابر 1/72 (91/4)، برای رشته‌های پزشکی برابر 83/69 (58/5) و برای سایر رشته‌های علوم سلامتی برابر (85/4) 25/70 به دست آمد. همچنین ارتباط بین متغیر آمادگی برای یادگیری بین‌حرفه‌ای و هیچ‌کدام از متغیرهای سن، جنسیت، سابقه شرکت در برنامه‌های یادگیری اشتراکی، سابقه کار بالینی، سابقه تدریس، مقطع تحصیلی و رشته تحصیلی معنادار نبود. نتیجه‌گیری: نظر به آمادگی بالاتر از متوسط (میانگین امتیاز) در دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی، توسعه فرصت‌های یادگیری بین‌حرفه‌ای پیشنهاد می‌گردد. عدم مشاهده رابطه معنادار بین متغیر آمادگی دانشجویان و متغیرهای زمینه‌ای، حاکی از فراگیر بودن و مواجهه با حداقل محدودیت‌ها در اجرای این رویکرد است. هر چند پژوهش‌های آتی برای بررسی قابلیت اجرایی و عوامل موثر بر آن پیشنهاد می‌گردد.
其他摘要：Introduction: There is a global inclination towards collaboration and team work led to increasing emphases on the necessity of preparing health students through inter professional education. This study aimed to assess readiness of postgraduate students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences for inter professional learning as well as examine its correlation with some demographic variables. Methods: this was a cross-sectional descriptive study in 2011.Samples were recruited through convenience sampling method from postgraduate students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. Data were gathered through the Readiness for Inter Professional Learning Scale (RIPLS). Results: Two hundred students filled the questionnaires among which 183 questionnaires were subjected to analysis. They were recruited from nursing (25.7 %), medicine (48.6 %) and other disciplines (24 %). Mean ،score was 70.47 (5.34). The mean score for nursing discipline was 72.1 (4.91), for medicine was 69.83 (5.58) and for other disciplines was 70.25 (4.85). There were no significant correlation between readiness for inter professional learning and contextual variables consisted of age, gender, history of attendance in inter professional education programs, history of clinical practice, history of teaching, education grade and discipline. Conclusion: Regarding the acceptable (higher than mean score) postgraduate students’ readiness, we suggest opportunities for development of interprofessional learning. Insignificant relationship between the students’ readiness and contextual variables implies the broad applicability of the interprofessional education, robust to the contextual differences. Nevertheless, future researches would be necessary to ensure applicability of this approach, and to explore factors influential to this process.
