摘要：مقدمه: دوره‌های آموزشی و خصوصاً کارآموزی علاوه بر ایجاد یادگیری فعال و رشد فردی و حرفه‌ای دانشجو، باید متناسب با نیاز جامعه باشد. تغییر در برنامه‌های آموزشی به منظور تأمین نیازهای اجتماعی و انعکاس آخرین دست‌آوردهای علمی از جمله ضروریات نظام آموزشی محسوب می‌شود. لذا هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی دو برنامه آموزشی در اجرای درس کارآموزی 1دانشچویان کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی است. روش‌ها: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی برروی 10 نفر دانشجویان کارآموزی 1کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی در مهر ماه سال تحصیلی 91-90 اجرا شد. براساس این مطالعه در گروه اول'مطابق سرفصل وزارتی و برنامه‌های مصوب پیشین مبنای انجام کارآموزی شد و در گروه دوم نیز برنامه درسی به صورت ادغام یافته با سیستم و هم‌جهت با بسته عملیاتی مدیریتی بیمارستان‌ها در قالب برنامه استانداردهای اعتباربخشی بیمارستان‌ها اجرا شد. متغیرهای مورد آزمایش این مطالعه در قالب رضایت دانشجو از عرصه کلی کارآموزی2) مشارکت و ایجاد پیوند بین دانشجو و عرصه کارآموزی 3) آشنایی دانشجو با مفاهیم روزآمد و در دست اجرای مدیریتی کشور اندازه‌گیری شد. ارزیابی از طریق طراحی پرسشنامه 18 ماده‌ای انجام شدکه توسط دانشجو و با حضور و پیگیری پژوهشگران در عرصه کارآموزی تکمیل گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری T مستقل تحلیل شد. نتایج: میانگین نمرات در همه ابعاد در گروه دوم به طور معناداری بیشتر بود. میانگین رضایت دانشجو از عرصه کلی کارآموزی در گروه اول (58/0±48/2)، در گروه دوم (39/0±28/3) و (02/0p=)، میانگین نمره مشارکت و ایجاد پیوند بین دانشجو و عرصه کارآموزی در گروه اول (54/0±32/2)، در گروه دوم (54/0±85/3) و(01/0p=)، میانگین نمره آشنایی دانشجو با مفاهیم روزآمد و در دست اجرای مدیریتی کشور در گروه اول (74/0±62/2)، و در گروه دوم (54/0±95/2) و (04/0p=) تفاوت معناداری را نشان داد. نتیجه‌گیری: توجه به مفاهیم مدیریتی روز کشور از موضوعاتی است که می‌تواند غنای کارآموزی‌ها و انگیزه دانشجو در دروس کارآموزی تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. ضمن توجه به لزوم بازنگری دوره‌ای سرفصل دروس، گروه‌های آموزشی می‌توانند با جهت‌دهی آموزش‌های عملی به سمت رویکرد Need- Based و در نظر گرفتن نیازهای سیستم سلامت کشور به مقتضای هر رشته و به نحوی که از سرفصل دروس مصوب عدول نشود، برنامه‌های آموزشی مؤثرتر و مطلوب‌تری ارائه دهند.
其他摘要：Introduction: Educational courses specially clerkship should be improve an active learning and students' personal and professional development and in addition must be tailored to the needs of society. In each educational system, it is necessary to change educational programs in order to meet social needs and reflect the latest scientific achievements. This study aimed to compare two educational programs for first clerkship course of MSc health services management students. Methods: This quasi-experimental study was undertaken on 10 MSc health services management students who were passing first clerkship course during 2010-2011. They were divided in two groups. We compared the effect of implementing a routine method (which was based on approved curriculum) in the first group versus system-integrated education (which was according to the hospital accreditation standards) in second group. Results were measured in three following areas: students' satisfaction, students' participation in clerkship fields and their linkage, student acquaintance with updated and current concepts in managerial levels of health system. Data was collected using 18-point questionnaire. Data were analyzed using independent T-test. Results: Mean score of all areas in the second group was significantly higher than the first group. Satisfaction mean score was 2.48±0.58 in first group and 3.28±0.39 in second group (p=0.02). Students participation in clerkship fields and their linkage was 2.32±0.54 in first group and 3.85±0.54 in second group (p=0.01). Student acquaintance with updated and current concepts was 2.62±0.74 in first group and 2.95±0.54 in second group (p=0.04). Conclusion: Attention to new managerial concepts of health system can enrich the clerkships and be effective on students' motivation. Educational groups can direct training into need–based approaches with considering health system requirements as well as basic approved curriculum. Therefore, they can provide more effective and appropriate training programs.
