摘要：مقدمه: یکی از موضوعاتی که بشر با آن مواجه بوده و هست مسأله مرگ است. امروزه تعریف مرگ از جانب جامعه پزشکان تغییر اساسی کرده است و با توجه به موضوع پیوند اعضا و ارتباط آن با مرگ مغزی، سؤال اصلی این است که آیا مرگ مغزی همان مرگ قطعی است؟ هدف این مطالعه بررسی مبانی مرگ مغزی و آموزش پزشکی پیرامون این موضوع می‌باشد. روش‌ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه مروری است که با جستجوی کتب و بانک‌های اطلاعاتی SID,Iranmedex, Google Scholar انجام گرفته است. نتایج: موافقان بیان می‌کنند روح، تصرف خود را بر بدن از راه سلول‌های عالیه مغزی اعمال می‌نماید به گونه‌ای که هرگونه تخریبی در تمام قشر مغز ایجاد گردد، سبب ترک علقه میان روح و جسم می‌شود. از طرفی مخالفان نیز بیا ن می‌کنند در ارتباط با موضوعات زندگی و مرگ باید خط مشی امن را در نظر بگیریم. نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجایی که پیوند اعضا دارای نقش حیاتی در نجات جان انسان‌ها دارد و شرع مقدس نیز حیات و سلامت آدمی را به عنوان اهم واجبات مورد عنایت خاص خود قرارداده است، می‌توان گفت با شناخت صحیح انسان؛ حدود و حریم پژوهش، آموزش و درمان انسان مشخص خواهد گردید و تأمین سلامت جامعه و ادامه حیات طیبه انسانی در گرو این شناخت است. همچنین برای افزایش آگاهی و نگرش مثبت کادر پزشکی و اقشار جامعه، نسبت به اهدای عضو، توصیه می‌گردد برنامه‌های آموزشی لازم در این خصوص مورد توجه قرار گیرد

And with regard to organ transplantation and its association with brain death, The main question is whether brain death as death is certain? The purpose of this study is the basis of brain death and medical education on this topic. Methods: : This study is a literature review that was done by the books and databases such as Iranmedex, SID, Google Scholar. Results: Advocates tell a soul, seizing body through higher cells of the brain, so that any damage to the brain cortex, between mind and body can cause a association to leave. On the other hand, opponents are expressed that In connection with matters of life and death should consider the safety policy. Conclusion: Since organ transplantation is a crucial role in saving lives as holy religious, has placed special consideration to life and human health as the most important imperatives, it can be said with proper understanding of man privacy of research, education and human treatment will be determined and community health and human survival depends on this understanding. Also for medical staff and social awareness and positive attitudes toward organ donation, recommended training programs need to be considered in this regard.
