摘要：مقدمه: در دهه‌های اخیر آموزش درمانگاهی به عنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی و اساسی آموزش پزشکی در آمده است. به منظور تضمین و ارتقای کیفیت آموزش درمانگاهی اطفال، نیاز به معیارهای مشخص و تأیید شده بیش از پیش احساس می‌گردد. و از آنجا که هنوز استانداردهای مدون و مکتوبی در این خصوص وضع نگردیده است، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین استانداردهای درمانگاه‌های آموزشی اطفال در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان، انجام گرفته است. روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی است و در سه مرحله طی سال‌های 1389 تا 1390 انجام گرفت. در مرحله‌ی اول مرور متون و مستندات و تحقیقات مرتبط با موضوع انجام شد که حاصل آن تدوین فهرست اولیه استانداردهای درمانگاه‌های آموزشی اطفال بود. در مرحله دوم، فهرست تهیه شده مرحله اول، در یک گروه متمرکز (focus group)، متشکل از تعدادی از متخصصین اطفال و آموزش پزشکی، پالایش گردید. در مرحله سوم، پیش‌نویس فوق، به صورت پرسشنامه مورد نظرسنجی از اعضای هیأت‌علمی و رزیدنت‌ها و فارغ‌التحصیلان سال‌های اخر رشته کودکان (آنها که در دسترس بودند) قرار گرفت و نتایج آن توسط روش آمار توصیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: اکثریت استانداردها در وضعیت لازم‌الاجرا (must) قرار گرفتند. در این مطالعه 24 استاندارد در 4 حیطه «اهداف»، «امکانات»، «فرایند یاددهی و یادگیری» و «مدیریت» به عنوان سند استاندارد نهایی پیشنهاد گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد لازم‌الاجرا نشدن برخی استانداردها، به دلیل نبود امکانات لازم، و نیاز به زمان، جهت تدارک و برنامه‌ریزی‌های مناسب برای تحقق آنها باشد.
其他摘要：Introduction: In resent decades, educational clinics(Ambulatory settings), have become as fundamental and essential parts of medical education. In order to guaranty and promote the quality of education in pediatric clinics, the need to specified and established criteria is more noticeable than before. Since no compiled standard has been developed in this regard. Accordingly, this research is performed to develop standards for pediatric educational clinics(Ambulatory settings) in Esfahan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This descriptive research was performed during the years 2010 to 2012 in three phases. Literature review was the first of these steps in which articles, documents, and related studies were read. The outcome of this step was assortment of primary list of standards. This list was edited by a focus group comprising pediatrists and medical education specialists in the second step. In third step, the edited list in form of a questionnaire was utilized to ask the opinions of faculty members, residents and recently graduated pediatricians (who were accessible). The results were analyzed by descriptive statistics methods. Results: Twenty four standards in for domains including scopes, facilities, teaching and learning procedure, and management were proposed as document of final standards. Conclusion: Majority of standards were placed in ‘must’ position. It seems that other standards were not tagged as “must”s because of limitation of facilities and the need of more time to prepare appropriate schematization for fulfillment of these plans.
