摘要：مقدمه: شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر تدریس اثربخش، اولویت‌بندی این عوامل و هم‌سو ساختن آن‌ها در جهت تقویت تدریس، می‌تواند زمینه بهبود فرآیند یادگیری را فراهم آورد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف اولویت‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر تدریس اثربخش از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشکده پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران با استفاده از فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی(AHP) در سال 1390 به انجام رسید. روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی، تعداد 200 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در مقطع کارشناسی بر اساس فرمول کوکران و با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها دو پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود که روایی محتوایی آن با نظر متخصصین و پایایی آن با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با محاسبه میانگین‌ها و نیز با استفاده از نرم افزار -11 Expert Choice انجام گرفت. نتایج: در مرحله اول 119 مورد و در مرحله دوم 139 مورد، توسط دانشجویان تکمیل و برگشت داده شد. از مجموع 37 معیار مورد بررسی در مرحله اول، 9 معیار که حائز بالاترین میانگین امتیاز بودند انتخاب شدند و در پرسشنامه فاز دوم مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. در مرحله دوم، نتایج به دست آمده از اولویت‌بندی معیارها توسط دانشجویان نشان داد که مؤلفه "بیان شیوا و ساده و انتقال شفاف و واضح مطالب" با 27/0 در بالاترین اولویت و مؤلفه‌های"دسترسی آسان به استاد خارج از ساعات کلاس" و "ارزشیابی دانشجویان در هر جلسه، میان ترم و پایان ترم" با 04/0 دارای کم‌ترین اولویت به عنوان عوامل تأثیرگذار بر تدریس اثربخش از دیدگاه دانشجویان بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: مؤلفه بیان شیوا، ساده و انتقال شفاف و واضح مطالب درسی دارای بیشترین اهمیت از دیدگاه دانشجویان مورد مطالعه بود و در اولویت اول قرار گرفت. این نتیجه حاکی از اهمیت قابل ملاحظه روش تدریس و نقش آن در انتقال مؤثر مطالب آموزشی است که نیازمند توجه بیشتر اساتید به این موضوع مهم می‌باشد.
其他摘要：Introduction: Identifying the factors influencing effective teaching, prioritizing these factors, and aligning them in order to improve teaching, may help in learning process improvement. The aim of current study is to prioritize the factors influencing effective teaching from the viewpoint of students of Allied Medicine School in Tehran University of Medical Sciences in year 2011 using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Methods: In this descriptive analytical study, 200 BS students of Allied Medicine School of Tehran University of Medical Sciences were selected using random sampling method and surveyed according to Cochran's formula. Data collection tools were two researcher-made questionnaires. Content validity was approved by the experts and reliability was confirmed by calculating the Cronbach's alpha. Data was analyzed using mean scores and Expert Choice 11 software. Results: Out of 200 distributed questionnaires in each phase, 139 in first phase and 119 in second were filled and returned. From 37 criteria studied in the first phase, 9 criteria with highest mean scores were selected and used in the second phase. In the second phase, the results of criteria prioritization by the students indicated that the factor of “fluent and uncomplicated expression and clear lesson conveyance” had the highest priority with 0.27%, and “ease of access to teacher out of class hours” and “in-class, mid-term and final term assessments” criterion with 0.04%, had the lowest priority among factors influencing effective teaching, respectively. Conclusion: The factor of “fluent and uncomplicated expression and clear lesson conveyance” criterion had the most weight from the viewpoint of study population and was the first priority. This result shows the noticeable value of teaching method and its role in conveying the content effectively which requires for more attention by teachers.
