摘要：مقدمه: آموزش مداوم یک جزء ضروری برای حرفه‌ای شدن پرستاری است و به عنوان یک تسهیل‌کننده جهت توسعه عملکرد پرستاران، به عنوان یادگیرندگان بزرگسال، شناخته می‌شود. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی میزان رعایت اصول یادگیری بزرگسالان در آموزش‌های مداوم و میزان اثربخشی این برنامه‌ها از دیدگاه پرستاران انجام گردید. روش‌ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی است که بر روی 150 نفر از کارکنان پرستاری شاغل در بیمارستان قائم دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد در سال 1390 انجام شد. نمونه 150 نفری به روش سهمیه‌ای تعیین شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته بود که از بخش‌هایی به منظور بررسی «میزان انطباق آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت با اصول یادگیری بزرگسالان»، «میزان اثربخشی آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت»، و «روش‌های ترجیحی آموزش دراین گروه‌ها» تشکیل شده بود. روایی آن به روش شاخص روایی محتوا، و پایایی آن با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به تأیید رسید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: 68% نمونه‌ها زن و 89% کارشناس پرستاری بودند. میانگین نمره کلی میزان انطباق آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت با اصول آموزش بزرگسالان 6/4±2/35 از 65 نمره بود. نتایج در مورد میزان اثربخشی نشان داد که میانگین امتیاز اثربخشی 2/6±66/28 از 55 امتیاز بود. به طور کلی 9/46% پرستاران میزان رعایت اصول یادگیری بزرگسالان را در آموزش‌های مداوم در حد ضعیف ارزیابی کردند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های این مطالعه پیشنهاد می‌شود جهت افزایش اثربخشی آموزش‌های مداوم در مرحله برنامه‌ریزی، اجرا و ارزشیابی از نظر انطباق با اصول یادگیری بزرگسالان مورد بازنگری قرار گیرند.
其他摘要：Introduction: Continuing education is an essential component of the professionalization of nursing and could be viewed as a catalyst for the development of nursing practice. This study aimed to determine the concordance of the continuing education programs with the principles of adult learning and the effectiveness of these programs from the perspective of nurses. Methods: In this cross-sectional descriptive study, 150 nurses working in teaching hospitals affiliated to Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in 2011 were selected using quota sampling. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire which proved to be valid and reliable. The questionnaire had 3 sections, focusing on “Concordance rate of in-service training programs with the adult learning principles”, “Effectiveness rate of these programs”, and “the preferred educational methods”. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: 68% of participants were women and 89% had a BS degree in nursing. The mean score of compliance of continuing education program with principals of adult learning was 35.2±4.6 out of 65.The mean score for the effectiveness was 28.6±6.2 out of 55. As for adult learning principles, 46.9% of the participants rated the program weak. Conclusion: It is suggested that the continuing education program be revised in term of planning and implementing, based on the principles of adult learning in order to increase the effectiveness of this program.
