摘要：مقدمه: برنامه‌های متعددی برای ارتقای مهارت بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری پیشنهاد گردیده است. در این میان، بهره‌گیری از پرستاران بالینی با تجربه در امر آموزش دانشجویان پرستاری به عنوان پرسپتور، افق تازه‌ای را در یادگیری بالینی گشوده است. با عنایت به محدود بودن مطالعات انجام شده در این خصوص در کشور ایران، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر برنامه پرسپتورشیپ بر مهارت بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری صورت گرفت. روش‌ها: این مطالعه یک پژوهش تجربی با طراحی دو گروهی قبل و بعد بود که بر روی 64 دانشجوی کارشناسی پرستاری که مشغول کارآموزی در بخش سوختگی بیمارستان امام رضا(ع) مشهد بودند، انجام شد. دانشجویان به طور تصادفی به دو گروه شاهد و مداخله تقسیم شدند. در گروه مداخله، هر دانشجو تحت آموزش یک پرستار بالینی (پرسپتور) قرار گرفت. گروه شاهد نیز طبق روش معمول تحت آموزش مربی دانشکده قرار گرفتند. میزان مهارت بالینی در دو گروه، قبل و بعد از کارآموزی توسط آزمون تی، تی زوجی، من ویتنی و تحلیل کواریانس مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. نتایج: مهارت بالینی دانشجویان در هر دو گروه ارتقای یافته بود. نتایج آزمون تی مستقل و من ویتنی نیز نشان‌دهنده افزایش معنادار مهارت بالینی در گروه پرسپتورشیپ نسبت به گروه آموزش معمول بود (002/0p≤). نتیجه‌گیری: اجرای برنامه پرسپتورشیپ باعث ارتقای مهارت بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری می‌شود. لذا توصیه می‌شود هم بیمارستان‌ها و هم مراکز آموزشی، در راستای پیاده‌سازی این مدل آموزشی برنامه‌ریزی و تلاش نمایند. همچنین، نتایج به دست آمده از این مطالعه نیاز به همکاری و تشریک مساعی بین اعضای هیأت‌علمی و فراهم آورندگان خدمات بالینی را آشکار می‌سازد.
其他摘要：Introduction: Several programs have been introduced to improve clinical skills of nursing students. Meanwhile, taking benefit of expert clinical nurses (preceptors) for educating nursing students is a new groove to clinical learning. Regarding the limited number of studies on this subject in Iran, current study aimed to determine the effect of preceptorship program on nursing students’ clinical skills. Methods: This experimental study of pre and post-test with two groups design was conducted on 64 BSc nursing students passing their clinical course in the burning-care ward of Imam-Reza hospital of Mashhad. Students were randomly assigned into two groups of control and intervention. In the intervention group, every student was supervised and trained by an expert nurse (preceptor). Control group were trained through the routine teaching method by the clinical instructor. The students’ clinical skills were measures and compared before and after clinical course in the two groups, using t-test, paired t-test Mann Whitney and covariance analysis Results: The students’ clinical skills were improved in both groups. According to the findings of independent t-test and Mann Whitney, the score increments in preceptorship program were significantly more than in the routine method (p≤0/002). Conclusion: Implementation of preceptorship program is helpful and effective for improving clinical skills of nursing students. Thus, it is recommended that educational centers and hospitals try to employ this educational method. On the other hand, the results of this study revealed the necessity of collaboration between academic members and health care providers.
