摘要：مقدمه: حوادث کار همه ساله ده‌ها میلیون کارگر را به کام مرگ کشانده یا دچار از کار افتادگی می‌کند. پرستاران که محور اساسی فعالیت آنان ارتقای سطح سلامتی جامعه است. برای پیشگیری از این گونه حوادث در جامعه، به ایفای نقش‌های مهمی می‌پردازند. یکی از نقش‌های حساس پرستاران بهداشت جامعه، آموزش پیشگیری از حوادث ناشی از کار است. از آنجا که بسیاری از این حوادث با آموزش، نظارت، مشاوره، تغییر امکانات، تشویق و تنبیه و بکارگیری افراد متخصص قابل پیشگیری‌اند، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش در پیشگیر از حوادث در محیط‌های صنعتی انجام یافته است. روش‌ها: این پژوهش مطالعه‌ای است پیش تجربی (pre-experimental) با طرح یک گروهی دو مرحله‌ای که تعداد 150 نفر کارگران کارخانه نساجی، حجم نمونه مطالعه را تشکیل می‌دادند. اطلاعات به وسیله برگه‌های مخصوص برای حوادث جمع‌آوری شد. پژوهشگران پس از آموزش کارگران با روش مداخلات پرستاری با جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و تجزیه و تحلیل آماری میزان تأثیر آموزش را مورد بررسی قرار داده‌اند. نتایج: اطلاعات به دست آمده نشان داد که میزان کل حوادث ناشی از کار در این مطالعه پس از انجام مداخلات آموزش از 6/206 در هزار به مدت 6 ماه، به 3/93 در هزار کاهش یافته و که از نظر آماری تفاوت معنی‌داری نبود. بحث: ایفای نقش آموزشی پرستاران بهداشت در صنعت می‌تواند در کاهش حوادث ناشی از کار در کارخانه‌های نساجی مؤثر باشد. توجه برنامه‌ریزان و مدرسان به آموزش این نقش در برنامه آموزشی پرستاران و کوشش در جهت بکارگیری فارغ‌التحصیلان در محیط صنایع برای ارتقای سطح سلامت جامعه صنعتی کشور می‌تواند شرایط موجود را بهبود بخشد
其他摘要：Introduction: Each year millions of workers throughout the world involve in occupational accidents resulting in their disability or death. The nurses, whose main task is promoting the health of the society, play an important role in preventing these kinds of accidents. Nurses are needed in industrial environment as a member of health team to prevent occupational accidents. Since most of these accidents are preventable by well education, supervision, counseling, change of facilities, firmer occupational regulations in occupational circumstances, encouragement and punishment and hiring expert employees, this study was designed to investigate the role of nurses' education in preventing occupational accidents in industrial environment. Methods: This was a pre-experimental study with a one group, two stage design.150 workers from Shahid Modares textile factory in Kashmar were selected as the sample of this study. The data were collected by special accident forms.The researchers investigated the effect of education by using interventional methods and educating the workers, and by collecting the data before and after the intervention. Then the results were statistically analyzed. Results: The findings showed a decrease in occupational accidents rate after the intervention from 206.6 per thousand to 93.3 per thousand in a period of six months, which was statistically significant. Conclusion: The interventional role of community health nurses in industry was effective in decreasing occupational accidents in the textile factory. It is recommended to consider this role in educational programs of nurses and employ nursing graduates in industrial environment in order to improve the present condition and promote the health of the society.
