摘要：.مقدمه. آشنایی دانشجویان با محیط دانشگاه و رسیدن آنها به سطحی از «نگرش»، «دانش» و «مهارت» به گونه‌ای که از ابتدای تحصیلات دانشگاهی قادر به کارکردهای فعال و دانشجو محور باشند، ضروری به نظر می‌رسید. کارگاه آموزش مهارتهای دانشجویی در سومین ماه تحصیل دانشجویان پزشکی ورودی بهمن 77 با همکاری معاونت آموزشی و دانشجویان سالهای بالاتر برگزار گردید. روشها. محتوای کلی برنامه شامل: آشنایی با دوره های پزشکی، رویکردهای مختلف به مطالعه دروس پزشکی، آشنایی کلی با تشکیلات علمی – اجرایی در دانشگاه، یادگیری روش صحیح استفاده از کتابخانه‌ها و بهره گیری از سایر مکانهای آموزشی و ... و روش اجرا به صورت کار گروهی و بحث عمومی بود و برای ارزشیابی کارگاه، پرسشنامه‌هایی پس از تأیید روایی ظاهری و محتوایی طراحی و در قسمتهای مختلف برنامه به دانشجویان داده شد. یافته ها. نتایج به دست آمده نشان می‌دهد که بیش از 90 درصد دانشجویان از شرکت در کارگاه رضایت داشتند. همچنین نیاز به تکرار آن در دوره‌های بعد، برگزاری کارگاههایی متناسب با سالهای بعد برای همین دانشجویان، مورد تأکید آنها قرار گرفت. شرایط فعلی حرفه پزشکی و همچنین آموزش پزشکی از دیدگاه دانشجویان با حالت مطلوب فاصله داشت. بحث. به نظر می رسد سنجش نیازهای دانشجویان، به خصوص دانشجویان ترمهای پایین‌تر، برآورده نمودن این نیازها و ریشه‌یابی و رفع عللِ بی‌تفاوتی تدریجی در طول سالیان تحصیل، امریست که همکاری وسیع و جدّی مسؤولین را با دانشجویان به صورت سازمان یافته می‌طلبد.
其他摘要：Introduction: It is essential to familiarize students with the university environment and let them reach to a level of attitude, knowledge and skill to be able to function actively in a student-centered manner. A workshop was designed for new medical students, in collaboration with senior students and office of vice-chancellor for education. The workshop was held during the third month of studying medicine in the January 1998. Methods: The program contained: introduction to medicine courses, different approaches to studying medicine including basic sciences, introduction to university and academic organization, methods of using library and scientific sources, interrelationship with senior student, strengthening responsibility moods. The workshop consisted of teamwork and general discussion sessions. Also, they were asked to answer the question that how should they attempt to become an informed and successful physician in the future. Results: Over 90 percent of participants were satisfied with their attendance in the workshop. Also, they demanded the continuation of running such workshops in different stages of their study years. The students estimated now –a-day medical education far from acceptable and optimal situation. Conclusions: It seems that assessing and meeting and meeting student's needs, especially in the first year of their study is very essential. Also, trying to find the causes of gradual frustration of medical students requires organized action by the educational authorities. Students themselves are considered as a strong, open minded and creative source of knowledge for solving their own problems. Performing such workshop by itself met some needs of medical students.
