摘要：مقدمه: ارزیابی میزان انطباق محتوی برنامه‌های آموزشی با نیازهای شغلی و حرفه‌ای موجب شناسایی نقاط ضعف این برنامه‌ها شده و امکان اصلاح و بازنگری را فراهم می‌سازد. هدف این مطالعه بررسی دیدگاه دانش‌آموختگان رشته کارشناسی مهندسی بهداشت محیط در مورد میزان انطباق سر فصل‌های دوره با نیازهای شغلی آنان در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری بود. روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی – مقطعی در سال 1392 بر روی 100 نفر از دانش‌آموختگان رشته مهندسی بهداشت محیط انجام شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود که مشتمل بر دوبخش مشخصات فردی (7 سؤال) و سؤالات مربوط به تمام دروس تخصصی (42 سؤال) بود که با مقیاس رتبه‌ای سه نقطه‌ای (کم، متوسط، زیاد) مورد پرسش قرار گرفت. اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از آمارتوصیفی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج: دروسی همچون بازرسی و کنترل موادغذایی نظری و عملی، مواد زائد جامد، گندزداها و تصفیه آب با 5/72%، 2/67%، 2/56٪، 55٪، 8/53٪ با اولویت زیاد به عنوان کاربردی‌ترین دروس مشخص شد و بیانگر بیش‌ترین تناسب این درس‌ها بانیازهای شغلی است. دروس نقشه‌کشی، مکانیک سیالات، هیدرولیک، موتور تلمبه، فاضلاب صنعتی با 2/66٪، 8/58٪، 5/57٪، 3/56٪، 2/51٪ با اولویت کم به عنوان دروسی با کم‌ترین تطابق با نیاز شغلی مشخص شد. نتیجه‌گیری: نیازهای حرفه‌ای دانش‌آموختگان رشته مهندسی بهداشت محیط در سر فصل‌های دوره به طور کامل پوشش داده نمی‌شود. لزوم تغییر در برنامه‌های آموزشی و فراهم نمودن تمهیدات لازم به منظور دستیابی به اهداف، نیازهای شغلی، حرفه‌ای و تربیت نیروی انسانی ماهر و مولد ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.
其他摘要：Introduction: Assessing the conformity rate of educational programs with professional needs can lead to identify the weaknesses of such programs and provide the opportunity for their improvement. This study aimed to investigate the viewpoint of environmental health engineering graduates about conformity rate of the curriculum with their professional needs in Charharmahal and Bakhtiari province. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was performed on 100 environmental health engineering graduates in 2013. The data was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire consisted of two sections: demographic (7 questions) and questions related to all specialized courses (42 questions) with a three-point rating scale (low, medium and high). The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: The results showed that the most suitable courses were inspection and control of food (both theoretical and practical), solid waste, disinfection and water treatment with 72.5%, 67.2%, 56.2%, 55%, and 53.8% conformity rates, respectively and showed that these courses had the most conformity with professional needs. Other courses such as mapping, fluid mechanics, hydraulics, pump and engine, and industrial wastewater with 66.2%, 58.8%, 57.5%, 56.3% and 51.2% respectively, had the least conformity with professional needs. Conclusion: Professional needs of environmental health engineering graduates were not fully covered by their curriculum. It seems necessary to change the educational programs and provide necessary means and facilities in order to achieve the professional objectives and train skilled and productive human resources.
