摘要：مقدمه: پایاننامههای دانشگاهی، به عنوان بخش مهمی از برنامه درسی دوره‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی، از نقش به سزایی در آماده‌سازی و توانمندسازی فارغ التحصیلان برای مشارکت در فعالیت‌های پژوهشی برخوردار می‌باشند. لذا، جهت دهی صحیح و استفاده مناسب از این فرصت، از ارزش بالایی جهت توسعه دانش تخصصی رشته، برخوردار می‌باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تحلیل موضوعی پایاننامههای مقاطع کارشناسی ارشد رشته پرستاری انجام گردید. روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی کلیه‌ی پایاننامههای پرستاری انجام شده در دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی مشهد طی دو دوره ده ساله (221 پایان‌نامه)، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ابزار پژوهش چک‌لیست پژوهشگرساخته بود که پایان‌نامه‌ها را از نظر سال، عنوان، روش پژوهش و جهت‌گیری تحقیقاتی مورد بررسی قرار داد. روایی ابزار از طریق روایی محتوی و پایایی آن به روش بررسی از طریق ارزیابان مورد بررسی و تأیید قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: جهت‌گیری پژوهش‌ها به ترتیب حول محور تأثیر مداخلات درمانی بر مشکلات بیماران و بهبود آن‌ها (9/38%)؛ تعیین نرم‌ها، نیازها، مشکلات بیماران و خانواده‌هایشان (14%)؛ تأثیر آموزش بر آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران، بیماران و خانواده‌هایشان (8/11%)؛ سنجش آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد بیماران و پرستاران (1/8%)؛ بررسی و توصیف وضعیت و کیفیت مراقبت‌ها و خدمات پرستاری (7/7%)؛ عملکرد، بررسی و توصیف بیماری‌ها، عوارض، شیوع و بروز آن‌ها و خصوصیات بیماران (2/7%) بود. جهت‌گیری پژوهش‌ها بین دهه‌ی اول و دوم متفاوت بود. نتیجه‌گیری: در مجموع یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد پایاننامههای مقطع کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری از جهت‌گیری موضوعی مشخصی برخوردار نبوده و در موارد متعددی نیز خارج از قلمرو حرفه‌ای پرستاری می‌باشد. لذا، ضرورت دارد تا دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی مشهد ضمن توجه جدی به این موضوع، نسبت به تعریف مسیرهای تحقیقاتی متناسب با شرایط و نیازهای منطقه‌ای خود همت گمارند.
其他摘要：Introduction: Theses as an important part of postgraduate curriculum have a significant role in preparation and empowerment of graduates to participate in research activities. Therefore, proper directions and appropriate use of this opportunity to develop knowledge and special expertise are of great value. The present study aimed to carry out a thematic analysis of nursing MSc theses. Methods: This descriptive study examined all of the nursing theses written at Mashhad School of Nursing and Midwifery (221 theses) during two ten-year periods. Research tool was a researcher-made checklist which examined the theses in terms of the year, title, methodology, and research orientations. Its validity and reliability were verified by content validity and inter-rater assessment respectively. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: Findings indicated that the theses were oriented towards the effects of therapeutic interventions on patients’ problems and their improvements (38.9%) setting of norms, needs, problems of patients and their families (14%) impact of education on knowledge, attitude, and performance of nurses, patients and their families (11.8%) assessment of patients and nurses’ knowledge, attitude, and performance (8.1%) description of the situation and quality of care and nursing services (7.7%), performance, reviews and description of diseases, their complications, prevalence and incidence, and characteristics of patients (7.2%). Finally, there were significant differences in research orientations between the two decades. Conclusion: The results showed that nursing MSc theses lacked a specific orientation and were outside the nursing scope in numerous cases. Therefore, it is necessary that Mashhad School of Nursing and Midwifery, while seriously considering this issue, defines research directions which fit their situation and regional needs.
