摘要：هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه میزان متوسط فشار و منبع فشار (عینی یا ذهنی) مراقبان بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیای مزمن و مراقبان بیماران دوقطبی مزمن، طراحی گردید. روش: در یک پژوهش پس‌رویدادی 50 مراقب بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا و 50 مراقب بیماران مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی که در مدت شش ماه به درمانگاه روانپزشکی و یا بیمارستان رازی مراجعه کرده بودند، به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به‌کمک پرسش‌نامه ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی و مقیاس فشار مراقب ارزیابی شدند. داده‌ها به‌کمک آزمون آماری t و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: میزان فشار در مراقبان بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیای مزمن، به‌طور معنی‌داری ( 05/0 p ) بیشتر از فشار در مراقبان بیماران مزمن دوقطبی بود (5/35 در برابر 9/28). از سوی دیگر منبع مهم فشار در هر دو گروه مراقبان، عینی و در همه سطوح معنی‌دار بود ( 05/0 p ). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به میزان بالای فشار در مراقبان بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیای مزمن، در مقایسه با مراقبان بیماران دو قطبی مزمن، حمایت، شناسایی و تأمین نیازهای این مراقبان از اولویت بیشتری برخوردار است.
其他摘要：Abstract Objectives: The present study was designed with the aim of comparing the average burden and the source of burden (mental or objective) in caregivers of patients with chronic schizophrenia and caregivers of patients with chronic bipolar disorder. Method: In a retrograde study, 50 caregivers of patients with schizophrenia and 50 caregivers of patients with bipolar disorder who had presented to the psychiatric clinic or Razi Psychiatric Centre during a 6 month period, were selected using convenience sampling. The subjects were then examined using Dermographic Characteristics Questionnaire And Caregivers’ Burden Measure. Data were analyzed using t-test and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. Results: The level of burden in caregivers of patients with chronic schizo- phrenia was significantly higher (p patients with chronic bipolar disorder (35.5 versus 28.9). In addition, the important source of burden in both groups of caregivers was objective and significant in all levels (p Conclusion: Regarding the high level of burden in caregivers of patients with chronic schizophrenia in comparison with caregivers of patients with chronic bipolar disorder, identification, support and meeting the needs of these caregivers need a higher priority.
