摘要：چکیده هدف : تدوین پرسشنامهای کوتاه در مورد بهزیستی ذهنی و سنجش روایی و پایایی آن هدف پژوهش حاضر بود. روش : با استفاده از منابع، مجموعهای از سؤالات گردآوری و طراحی شد و در دو فاز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت؛ در فاز نخست بر روی 70 نفر از کارکنان شرکت فولاد مبارکه اصفهان بهطور تصادفی و در فاز دوم بر روی 40 نفر از کارکنان مراجعهکننده به یک مرکز مشاوره پس از تشخیص اختلال افسردگی و اضطراب - بهوسیله مصاحبه- و هم‌چنین 166 نفر از کارکنان غیرمراجعهکننده بهطور تصادفی. هماهنگی درونی، روایی محتوایی، روایی تشخیصی، پایایی، نقاط برش، حساسیت و ویژگی پرسشنامه و خطای اندازهگیری به روش‌های همبستگی، تحلیل واریانس، t مستقل، تحلیل تمایزات و تحلیل عاملی محاسبه شد. یافتهها : روش تحلیل عامل چهار عامل سرزندگی، اراده (زیرمقیاسهای عواطف مثبت)، روان‌رنجوی و استرس- افسردگی (زیرمقیاسهای عواطف منفی) را آشکار ساخت. ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ برای این چهار زیرمقیاس بالاتر از 8/0 بهدست آمد. تفاوت میان دو گروه سالم و بیمار (0001/0 p≤ ) نشانگر روایی تشخیصی پرسشنامه بود. نقطه برش، حساسیت و ویژگی این پرسشنامه بهترتیب 9/1، 5/67% و 78% بهدست آمد. نتیجهگیری : با توجه به ویژگیهای مطلوب روانسنجی این پرسشنامه میتوان از آن در نیل به مقاصد پژوهشی، تشخیصی و درمانی استفاده کرد.
其他摘要：Abstract Objectives : To design a short questionnaire on subjective well-being and the assessment of its validity and reliability. Method : Using references, a set of questions was gathered and constructed, and was assessed in two phases. In the first phase, it was randomly administered to 70 Mobarake Steel Complex personnel in Isfahan , Iran , and in the second phase it was administered to 40 personnel who had referred to a counseling center subsequent to a diagnosis of depressive disorder and anxiety via interview-as well as 166 non-referred personnel in a random manner. Internal consistency, content validity, diagnostic validity, reliability, cut-off points, sensitivity and specificity of the questionnaire and its measurement error were calculated using correlation, analysis of variance , independent t, discriminate analysis and factor analysis. Results : The results of factor analysis showed four sub-scales: vitality, life determination, neuroses, and stress-depression. Cronbach’s alpha for these four subscales was higher than 0.8. The difference between the normal and the patient group (p this questionnaire were 1.9%, 67.5%, and 78% respectively . Conclusion : Considering its favorable psychometric features, this questionnaire could be used for research, diagnostic and treatment purposes.
