摘要：هدف : هدف پژوهش حاضر، گزارش مشکلات همراه نشانگان پولند در یک آزمودنی بود. روش : یک پسر پنجساله مبتلا به نشانگان پولند مورد بررسی عمیق قرار گرفت. یافتهها : بررسی سوابق نشان داد آزمودنی افزون بر نشانگان پولند، مشکلات ارتباطی، کلامی و رفتاری زیادی داشته، بهدلیل تحرک زیاد تشخیص اختلال بیشفعالی- کمبود توجه گرفته و سابقه تشنج هم داشته است. پس از ارزیابی دقیق، تشخیص اختلال درخودماندگی داده شد و برای درمان، افزون بر درمان تشنج و درمان نشانهای برخی دیگر از مشکلات، کاردرمانی و گفتاردرمانی نیز تجویز شد. نتیجهگیری : در مواردی که کودکان با نشانه پرتحرکی مراجعه میکنند، باید از نظر وجود سایر اختلالهای روانپزشکی نیز مورد ارزیابی دقیق قرار گیرند.
其他摘要：Objectives : The aim of the current study was to report associated problems of Poland Syndrome in a patient. Method: A 5 years old son affected to Poland Syndrome was accurately assessed. Results: The results showed the patient had communication, verbal and behavioral problems besides Poland Syndrome. Also, he received attention deficit hyperactivity disorder diagnosis and had seizure history. After accurate assessment, autistic disorder was diagnosed and occupational and speech therapy was prescribed besides treating seizure and symptoms of other problems. Conclusion : When a patient is being referred because of hyperactivity, s/he should be accurately evaluated and assessed for other psychiatric problems.
