摘要:هدف: نظر به اهمیتی که هذیانها در شناخت بیماران پسیکوتیک دارند و با توجه به نقش معیارهای فرهنگی در شکل دادن این هذیانها، در پژوهش حاضر محتوای هذیانهای بیماران پسیکوتیک دارای هذیان مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روش : آزمودنیهای پژوهش را 250 بیمار پسیکوتیک (165 مرد، 85 زن) تشکیل دادهاند که در فاصله سالهای 75-1371 در مرکز آموزشی- درمانی شهید اسماعیلی تهران بستری بودهاند. سن 75% آنان 45-15 سال بوده، 106 نفر از آنان مجرد و 104 نفر متأهل بودهاند. ابزار به کار گرفته شده در این پژوهش را یک پرسشنامه دارای پرسشهایی در زمینه نوع و محتوای هذیانها،توهمها و اطلاعات جمعیتشناختی بیماران تشکیل داده است. دادههای پژوهش به کمک روشهای آمار توصیفی تحلیل و ارائه گردیده است. یافتهها : این بررسی هذیانهای گزند و آسیب را بیش از سایر هذیانها در بیماران مورد بررسی نشان داد و هذیان بزرگمنشی در رتبه دوم از نظر فراوانی قرار داشت. نتیجه: گرچه محتوای هذیانها در فرهنگهای مختلف کموبیش همانند یکدیگرند، اما جلوههای فرهنگی کشورها، اقوام و ادیان گوناگون در چگونگی شکلگیری هذیانها نقش دارند
其他摘要:Objectives : considering the importance of delusions in diagnosing of psychosis and the role of culture in the forming of delusions this study investigates the content of delusions among psychotic patients. Method : subjects were 250 psychotic patients (165 male, 85 female) who had been admitted to Shahid Esmaili Center during 1992 – 1996. 75% of them were aged 15 – 45, 106 of subjects were single and 104 of them were married. Research instrument was a questionnaire consisted of questions about type and content of delusions, hallucinations and demographic data. Data were analyzed through descriptive methods. Findings : this study indicated that persecutory delusions were the most prevalent type while grandiosity delusions stand at second rank. Conclusion : although the content of delusions across different cultures are more or less the same, different aspects of cultures, nations and religions have an influential role on the content of delusions.
