摘要:همهگیرشناسی بیماریهای روانی نقش مهمی در شناخت وضعیت موجود بهداشت روان جامعه و برآورد امکانات مورد نیاز آن در هر مقطع زمانی دارد. دراین بازنگری با نگاهی به برخی از پژوهشهای انجام شده در زمینه همهگیرشناسی بیماریهای روانی در جهان، یافتهها پژوهشی 29 بررسی انجام شده در این بازبینی شده و به چند ابزار به کار گرفته شده در پژوهشهای همهگیرشناسی اشاره شده است. این بازنگری نشان داد که شیوع اختلالهای روانی در بررسیهای مختلف بسیار متفاوت گزارش شده است. در این بررسیها که با به کارگیری ابزار مختلف و روشهای پژوهشی متفاوت انجام شده و بر روی جمعیتهای گوناگون با شرایط اقتصادی- اجتماعی مختلف اجرا گردیده، میزان شیوع اختلالهای روانی را درجمعیتهای مورد بررسی از 8% تا 53% در نوسان نشان دادهاند. شاید بتوان شیوع مقطعی قابل قبول را بین 18 تا 23% جمعیت عمومی دانست که رقمی بالاتر از کشورهای غربی است. شیوع بیشتر اختلالهای روانی در زنان که گاهی به 2 تا 3 برابر میزان شیوع آن در مردان است از نکات مهم مورد اشاره در بررسیها بوده است. در پایان برخی مشکلات روش شناختی در پژوهشهای همهگیرشناسی بیماریهای روانی برشمرده شده است.
其他摘要:The epidemiology of psychological disorders plays a significant role in the identification of the present state of mental health in the society and estimation of its requirements at any period of time. Based on worldwide epidemiological researches on mental disorders, the findings and instruments of 29 such researches carried out in Iran were reviewed. The review demonstrated that the studies varied in their tools, method and populations, which represented different socio-economic groups, and that the prevalence of mental disorders was therefore reported differently in different researches, ranging from B% to 53% among the various populations. The acceptable piont prevalence may therefore be estimated between 18% to 23% in the country, which is higher than that of western countries. One of the striking findings of the researches was that mental disorders are two to three times more common among women than among men. The review further examines some methodological problems of the epidemiology of mental disorders.
