摘要：زمینه و هدف ناراحتیهای اسکلتی عضلانی(MSDs) در بین رانندگان وسایط نقلیه عمومی بسیار شایع است. با توجه به اینکه رانندگان مدت زیادی را به این حرفه مشغول هستند، در درازمدت این ناراحتیها و صدمات در آنها مزمن شده و پس از تجمع باعث اختلالات حرکتی عضلانی آنها میشوند. طبق تحقیقات انجام شده یکی از دلایل اصلی تصادفات نیز بیماریهای اسکلتی عضلانی و کمردرد رانندگان است. در این پژوهش به دنبال بررسی ارتباط بین ابعاد بدن و ایجاد این اختلالات هستیم. روش بررسی .مشخص کردند.BDC این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی بر روی 95 راننده اتوبوس در اصفهان انجام شد. رانندگان پس از آموزش، میزان ناراحتی قسمتهای مختلف بدن خود را روی چارت مشخص شدSPSS در مرحله بعد ابعاد بدن آنها اندازه گیری شد. سپس ارتباط بین ابعاد آنتروپومتریک و اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی با استفاده از آزمون اسپیرمن توسط نرم افزار یافته ها نتایج حاصل از آزمون اسپیرمن نشان داد که BMI رانندگان با ناراحتی گردن، بازو، آرنج، ران، ساق و مچ پا، وزن آنها با ناراحتی گردن، شانه، باسن، ران و ساق پا، سن با ناراحتی گردن و قسمت تحتانی کمر و ارتفاع زانو با ناراحتی شانه رابطه مستقیم دارد. همچنین طول رکبی با ناراحتی قسمت فوقانی و تحتانی کمر، زانو و ساق پا و قد و طول اندام فوقانی نیز با ناراحتی بازو و آرنج رابطه معکوس دارند. نتیجه گیری: بین قد، وزن و سن رانندگان با خواهد شد. پیشنهاد می کنیم در معاینات بدو استخدام جهت انتخاب راننده گزینه های مد نظر از بین افراد جوانتر، بلند قد و بدون اضافه وزن انتخاب شوند. این اقدام می تواند گامی باشد جهت کاهش MSDs رانندگان و در نتیجه تصادفات و حوادث رانندگی که به علت آن رخ می دهند
其他摘要：Background and aims Background and Aims: MSDs are very common in public vehicle drivers. As regards, drivers spend long time to this occupation these disorders will be chronic and results to MSDs. According to the past researches, one of the main reasons for accidents is MSDs and low back pain. In this research, we survey the relation between anthropometric indices and Musculoskeletal Disorders in public vehicle drivers. Methods for this descriptive and analytic study 95 bus drivers were selected. Instruments for this project were contains: body discomfort chart (BDC), digital scale, stadiometer, anthropometric calipers and chair. Drivers questioned about age, work and their past occupations. Then measuring of weight, length, hand-arm length, popliteal length and height, knee length and height were done. Then the data were analyzed by spearman test on Spss software program. Results The statistic tests result show that: there is a relationship between drivers MSDs and its length, weight and age. That means with increasing of drivers weight and age or shortness in length, MSDs probability will be raised. Conclusion It seems strain and stretch that driver bears for reaching to vehicle role, age rising and its effects on the person physical condition are their MSDs reasons. Consequently, our recommendation is: on examination for selecting drivers they should be selected among long, thin and proportional (without over weight) volunteers. This measure can be an effective step toward preventing drivers MSDs, driving crashes and accidents.
