摘要：زمینه و هدف: حجم قابل توجه مراجعه ، بستری و مرگ و میر بیماران آنفلوانزایی دربیمارستانها و تجارب حاصله از پاندمی (جهانگیری)آنفلوانزای اخیر H1N1 در سال 2009 میلادی و همچنین تهدید روز افزون ناشی از وقوع پاندمی آنفلوانزای پرندگان بر اهمیت ارتقاء ایمن سازی پرسنل بیمارستانها بر علیه آنفلوانزا تاکید دارد. روش بررسی در این مطالعه مقطعی وضعیت ایمن سازی بر علیه آنفلوانزا در 207 نفر از پرسنل بیمارستانهای دولتی شهر شیراز که بصورت تسهیل شده نمو نه گیری شده بودند، با استفاده از آماره های توصیفی و نرم افزار SPSS 11.5 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته ها 75 % از افراد به پرسشنامه های مربوطه پاسخ دادند . 159 نفر(77%) پرستار و 24 نفر(12%) پزشک، اکثریت افراد مورد مطالعه را تشکیل می دادند.افراد عمدتاً مونث (85%) و میانگین سنی آنها 83/7 ± 13/36 سال بود. میانگین کل آگاهی افراد در خصوص بیماری آنفلوانزا 75/2 ± 54/16(از نمره 21) و نشانگر 80% آگاهی مطلوب بود. 135 نفر (65%) سابقه دریافت واکسن آنفلوانزا در یکسال قبل را نداشتندوبیشترین دلایل خود را سالم بودن خویش و اینکه بندرت دچار آنفلوانزا می شوند (30%) ، شک به کارآیی و سودمندی واکسن آنفلوانزا(24%) وترس از ابتلاء به عوارض واکسن مزبور(19%) مطرح نمودند. نتیجه گیری رشد فزاینده مراجعه مبتلایان به آنفلوانزا به بیمارستانها ، ماهیت و تنوع پاندمیهای ناشی از آنفلوانزا و همچنین نقش اثبات شده پرسنل بیمارستانی در بروز طغیان آنفلوانزا و عفونتهای بیمارستانی مربوطه ، بر لزوم بررسی و ارتقاء وضعیت ایمن سازی آنها بر علیه آنفلوانزا و تبعیت کامل از دستورالعملهای جهانی و کشوری در این زمینه تاکید دارد.
其他摘要：Background and aims: Increasing rate of reference of Influenza patients to hospitals besides recent H1N1 pandemic experiences and also threats of incoming Avian flu denote to the importance and necessity of Hospitals' staff annual vaccination against influenza. Methods: In this cross sectional and questionnaire based study 276 of shiraz general hospitals' personnel were selected by convenient method. The collected data were entered and processed in SPSS/WIN 11.5 . Results: Responding rate was 75% . Among participants, 159 (77%) were nurse and 24 (12%) were medical doctors.85 % were female and Mean age of responders was 36.13±7.83 years. Mean score of knowledge was 16/54±2/75 showed 80% of desired level.117 (57%) said that their exposure possibility to flu patients in hospitals is moderate to high degree.135 (65%) did not have history of influenza vaccination in last year and the most common causes of Influenza vaccination declination by whom were belief of not getting influenza from others, distrust about vaccine efficacy and concern about adverse reactions of influenza vaccine . In 62( 30%) who received influenza vaccination in last year ,the most common causes of Flu vaccination were protection of patients of getting influenza, reducing the chance of being off work due to protracting influenza and protection of families of getting influenza. Conclusion Increasing work load of hospitals by referred flu patients besides diversity and unpredicted nature of influenza pandemics and confirmed role of non- flu vaccinated hospitals’ staff in developing influenza outbreaks at hospitals ,shows the importance of improving Influenza vaccination uptake rate among hospitals’ staff based on the global and national protocols
