摘要：زمینه و هدف: تحقق اهداف صنایع نفت درحوزه رقابت‌پذیری، پرداختن به موضوعات بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست را به یکی از اولویت‌های صنایع نفت در تجارت امروز تبدیل نموده است. در این تحقیق، از مدل منطق فازی برای ارزیابی عوامل موثر بر عملکرد HSE پالایشگاه نفت و تأثیر آنها بر حوادث شغلی در محیط کار استفاده شده است. روش بررسی: داده های موردنیاز پژوهش با استفاده از تهیه پرسشنامه استاندارد شده، جمع آوری گردید. این پرسشنامه شامل 3 بخش اصلی بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست می باشد. در نهایت، 14 گروه به عنوان عوامل تأثیرگذار بر حوادث شغلی تعیین شد. در مجموع، تعداد 150 پرسشنامه در بین کارکنان پالایشگاه نفت تهران توزیع شده که تعداد 136 پرسشنامه توسط ایشان تکمیل شد. از بین پرسشنامه های تکمیل شده، 108 نمونه برای یادگیری مدل و 28 نمونه برای آزمون مدل منطق فازی بکار گرفته شد. یافته ها: با توجه به تطابق مناسب نتایج مدل پیشنهادی با داده های گردآوری شده از طریق پرسشنامه، این مدل می تواند حوادث شغلی ایجاد شده در محیط کار را با دقت مناسبی پیش بینی نماید. نتیجه گیری: مزیت مهم استفاده از مدل منطق فازی پیشنهادی این است که می تواند به صورت یک روش تصمیم‌گیری سازمان یافته، به مدیران در تصمیم‌گیری در مورد حوادث شغلی در محیط کار که بر مبنای عقاید کارکنان و کارشناسان می باشد، کمک کرده و در نهایت با برنامه‌ریزی دقیق‌تر، کاهش حوادث و صرفه‌جویی های بیشتر (زمانی و مالی) را برای مدیران همراه خواهد داشت.
其他摘要：Background and aims: Realization of the oil industries goals in the competitiveness field, addressing the threads of health, safety and environment has become one of the preferences for the oil industry in today's business. In this paper, the fuzzy logic model has been used to assess the factors influencing performance of the health, safety and environment in the oil refinery and their effects on occupational accidents in the workplace. Methods: The required data for the research were collected using the preparation of standardized questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of three main sections of HSE that are composed of fourteen subsections as input variables and also one output variable titled occupational accidents. A total number of 150 questionnaires were distributed to employees, of which 136 were returned. From these, 108 samples were used for training and 28 samples for testing of fuzzy logic model. Results: The result revealed that the purposed fuzzy logic model has good performance for predicting of the occupational accidents in Tehran oil refinery. Conclusion: The proposed fuzzy logic model, as an organized decision making, could help managers to make decisions based on the opinions of staff and experts in the workplace which ultimately leads to more precise planning, reduction of accidents, saving time and money.
