摘要：Dans un premier temps, il s’agit de situer les théories du care dans un contexte marqué par les critiques adressées aux théories de la justice d’inspiration contractualiste (kantiennes) afin de déterminer leur statut par rapport à ces dernières : une véritable alternative ou un moyen de les infléchir en les complétant ? C’est plutôt cette deuxième voie qui, en maintenant la référence au politique, en donnant aux questions éthiques soulevées par les théories du care une portée politique, permettra d’éviter les dérives compassionnelles et paternalistes qui menacent ces théories. Dans un deuxième temps, c’est la question de l’application possible de ces approches au champ de l’éducation scolaire qui est abordée. Sur un mode essentiellement propédeutique, dans la mesure où il s’agit, ici, principalement, d’identifier les obstacles qui empêcheraient cette application de produire des effets réellement positifs, émancipateurs et socialement progressistes.
其他摘要：Firstly, we will examine the care theories in a context characterized by the criticisms directed to the theories of justice from contractualist (Kantian) inspiration in order to determine the status of the former in relation to the latter. Are the care theories a genuine alternative or a means to re-orientate the theories of justice by completing them ? This second option, by giving a political scope to the ethical issues raised by the care theories will actually prevent any paternalistic and compassionate drifts which are a threat to them. Secondly, we will tackle the possible application of these approaches to the field of school education. This will be done in a propaedeutic manner insofar as we will mainly point out the obstacles which might prevent this application to produce emancipating, socially progressist and really positive effects.
